LIABILITY
KYMOO SPORT does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. 

ORDERING METHOD
KYMOO SPORT reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if the order has: (a) discounts associated and is (b) deemed not for personal use. An exception may apply if you forfeit the associated discount. In this instance, a KYMOO SPORT customer care representative will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange payment of the difference. In the event that you cannot be contacted within a time deemed reasonable by KYMOO SPORT or choose not to pay the difference, all monies received for the applicable order will be refunded via the original payment method.

CURRENCY
On the KYMOO SPORT website the nominated currency used for all transactions is US Dollars ($USD).
 All prices displayed on the website (www.kymoosport.com) will be in $USD and be inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). 
KYMOO SPORT website is available in multiple currency and will be adjusted automatically according to the nominated system provided by shopify.

SHIPPING RATES

KYMOO SPORT will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.
 Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of KYMOO SPORT.
 KYMOO SPORT reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:
-Shipping rates charged to any destination;
-Delivery method;
-Carrier or shipping provider.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UAE

Online orders for delivery within the UAE are dispatched ARAMEX and usually arrive within 1- 3 business days from dispatch.
 A flat rate of 30 AED ($8 USD). This shipping charge is based on a 2kg weighted bag; therefore if your order exceeds the 2kg weight a customer care representative will contact you regarding the variance that you will be required to pay before the parcel is dispatched. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

KYMOO SPORT  ships to most* destinations around the world via ARAMEX and should usually arrive within 5- 7 business days from dispatch. ARAMEX are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, when placing your order please provide a physical postal address.
 Orders should normally arrive within 5-7 business days from dispatch.
 KYMOO SPORT does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
 International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.
The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is $15 USD on order up to 1.5kg.  Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country. If your order exceeds 1.5kg, a customer service representitive will contact you to arrange other shipping options. 
By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all Customs Charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country. KYMOO SPORT wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and charges by your Government.
 KYMOO SPORT does not have any control over customs charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender. 
At its absolute discretion, KYMOO SPORT may elect to offer you a refund if you choose not pay any duties and taxes at time of import. If we do however, KYMOO SPORT will deduct any customs fees that apply to the purchase paid by KYMOO SPORT from the refund amount.


DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 2-10 business days of Order Confirmation. If at any time items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
 If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. 
Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify KYMOO SPORT, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

PRICING

KYMOO SPORT reserves the right to change prices without notice. 
All prices and orders are displayed and processed in US Dollars ($USD) and will include VAT (Value Added Tax 5%) within the UAE.
Customers having orders delivered outside the UAE are exporting the goods and therefore shall not subject to the VAT and this component will be removed automatically prior to final calculation for payment.
